Max Ater’s Small Town EP Is Worth Every Penny

Listen up, Country Music fans! There’s a new Sheriff in town, and his name is Max Ater.

This 25-year-old from Southern Maine released his Small Town EP this past October, and I’m here to tell you that it’s definitely worth checking out. Composed of five tracks (Small Town, Easy, Stay A Little Longer, Summer Next To You, Light Up This Town), the EP has a common theme: Romance. Filled with catchy beats and feel-good vibes, it’s hard not to bob your head (at the least) while being taken away by Max’s powerful vocals.

His single, Easy, was written and released in 2016 with produced Karl Anderson. In 2017, Max was signed to Prudential Records, based out of Michigan. About his single Easy, Max says,

” I wrote it at a really rough time in my life and it’s a testament to what happens when I let my life flow onto paper which is surprisingly rare to achieve. This tune however, just came to me, and watching Karl Anderson lay a unique musical foundation under the lyrics was the perfect way to wrap it all up. Other tunes were much more time-consuming and downright challenging.”

Be sure to get your copy of Max’s Small Town EP, out now! Also, be sure to check out the video for his hit single, Easy, below!
